What’s the best and easiest way to visibly lose tummy fat?
I’m about 5’5 and like 125 pounds, which, people have told me, is average weight. but i have visible tummy fat, which makes it really uncomfortable for me to sit in class without worrying about it. my parents bought an ab lounge, but it didn’t help much. i used to run about 3-4 times a week, but that just toned my legs, and didn’t help my stomach at all. help!
It’s not about what’s “easiest”, it’s about what works: diet, and cardio.
You can’t choose where you lose fat, so you just have to work out and wait for your body to decide it’s time for the tummy to go. 30 minutes is not enough to make a big difference, especially if you’re not making any changes in your diet.
You probably only need to lose about 5 pounds, so get back to the cardio. Try going for 5 days a week, and add 5 minutes each week. Also, make small changes to your diet so you drop about 500 calories out each day. You’ll lose 5 pounds in just a few weeks.
