Easy, healthy way to lose weight FAST?

So I’m going on vacation in about 2 weeks and I weigh more than I would like to.
I’m about 5’2” and I weigh almost 140 pounds. I have a lot of extra fat around my waist and thighs, and I need a way to get it off.
I don’t have a lot of time to do a hundred workouts, so if you know any fast easy ways to lose weight without harming my body, please let me know.

Two weeks is a very short time, but you can honestly and safely lose probably 5-10 pounds, the trick is though, it won’t necessarily be fat, but water. However, because fat cells expand with water, you will look much slimmer. How do you remove water safely from your body? Carbs, or lack there of. You see carbs attach themselves to water before being sent away for storage, therefor, depleting you carb storage will deplete your water storage.   1. No one should ever look at weight loss from a "quickest way" possible scheme. It'll never work. You'll end up starving yourself, messing yourself up more than you already are (but hey, at least you'll be skinnier right?) and when you do start eating again you'll bolloon to a bigger size than you were before.

    The only way to lose weight and be healthy is by simply eating nutritional meals and getting at least a half an hour of moderate physical activity in each day.

    It's that difficult… but just that easy.

    Stop feeling so bad about yourself. Realize that you're probably going through some phase in your life and that life will go on.

    Also, take the time to think of what's different in your life now as in comparisson to what was going on when you were smaller. Not just the obvious, aka, your weight. But what frame of mind are you in now compared to then? Are you in different circumstances? If you get your head in the right place of mind it won't even matter what you look like.
