i dont want to be fat on top skinny on bottom?
sooo im trying to loose my baby weight…i have been doing close to 300 sit ups a day and i have been getting on the treadmill for 20 minutes each day..15 minutes walking at 2.5 mph and 5 minutes running or jogging at 5.0mph…i am scared that i am going to loose weight in my legs and my stomach will stick around…i am also eating right and watching my calorie intake…im eating much healthier these days….
my meals consist of
low fat yogurt and fruit for breakfast
a salad with turkey breast and 1 boiled egg with low fat dressing for lunch
and for dinner tonight i had a healthy choice chicken dinner
do you think i am on the right path or is there something i am doing wrong
please help me
