How to get rid of face fat, and belly fat?
I am 17 years old, and I am not happy with my weight.
I am 5’5″, 179 lbs (That is overweight, Doctor’s said)
I want to be 165 lbs by May.
Can I reach my goal?
I’m planning on cutting down about 800 calories of what my daily intake usually was, and also burn 200 calories each day every day.
I also plan on replacing chips and junk with apples, pineapple, and nuts.
I also plan on eating a lot of turkey sandwiches, since they are high in protein and low in fat… compared to ham and roast beef, turkey is best, right?
I plan on “cheating” on my diet once a week…meaning, if my mom decides to order a pizza, I’ll eat 2 slices…but only ONCE a week.
Should I do sit-ups? Push-ups? Should I run up and down stairs? Should I ride a bike? Treadmill? (I don’t wanna run)
How do I get rid of my face fat? I have a somewhat double chin, and chubby cheeks.

push ups, sit ups, mt climber, walk, run, jump rope, run up hills and walk down them, ride a bike, no fast food, do the insanity workout (google it).
