my burrito that i usually get WITHOUT CHEESE gets 2370 mg of sodium….youve gotta be joking when you say this is great for a diet. i agree that its high in fiber, which most people dont EVER get in their diets, and also very high in protein, but that much sodium all at once is horrible…im eating 97% of my daily value. even 1 burrito twice a day, i wouldnt be able to eat anything else with salt in it….
It is also true that most of chipotle’s ingredients are organic, that means no chemicals or disease in your burrito!

good vid, but the fat content an the sat fat an the cholesterol is crazy, unless you get a plain burito, or even better a bowl the tortilla is almost 300 cals with tons of sodium, a good mix is, rice,steak or whatever meat, tomato, an whatever sauce you like, which is a plane jane bowl, i like almost all the toppings which leaves me with over 1000 cals an 0ver 18g of sat fat, point being, if you eat a weak ass bowl or buritto youll be ok, if you like the toppings you better go elseware
