what causes a firm stomach?? I am overweight but below a layer of fat i have a hard tummy, like a pregnant gir?
My stomach reminds me of a pregnant girls tummy, But i’ve taken preg tests and they all came up negative, what else would cause this,
dont worry your probably bloated, you say your overweight so i guess its from eating the wrong foods like things high in carbs, and coke/ other fizzy drinks also but some girls get it on their period or just before.
or it could be that your stomache is over full, but this normally only shows on thin girls(yh it makes me look very pregnant :S and worries the hell outa my bf).
maybe try eating a little less(eat slower- did you know u only start feeling full after 30mins of actually being full) or dont not drinking fizzy stuff if this dosent go away:
you could allways just ask your doctor, he could also maybe help give you nutritional/exercise advice.
