I’m a 20 some odd woman and from woman to woman what is (in your opinion and experience) the best way to lose that pesky tummy fat and love handles? Slimming up my thighs would be an added bonus!
I have a friends Wedding coming up in August (6months away) and my dress fits beautifully apart from around my tummy and hips. Has any one got any suggestion on exercises or food to eat/avoid with helping to lose the tummy fat. I am doing sit ups but I don’t think this alone will shift the fat in this area! ![]()
