I just wanted to know because I have been obese for years and most of it goes to my stomach area and makes me look like I am 9 months pregnant which I am not. I am just 19 years old and weighing around 225 lbs or more. I know its not healthy for me to weight this much because my height is 5’5" and it puts more weight on my back and hips. What is the best way I can lose belly weight and look good.
