during exercise are you burning carbs or fat or both? if not fat then when do u burn fat?
i know that carbs are the bodies main source of energy and i thought it only uses other energy sources like fat when there are no more carbs to burn, is this correct? if this is true then what is the most effective way to burn fat, do somthing like eat non fat foods and exercise alot to get to go past carbs or what?
