How much weight will I lose PER WEEK?!?
I used a calorie counter based on height/weight/age/exercise etc. to find out how many calories I burn a day. It said between 2100-2400. I have cut my calorie intake to 1200-1500 a day as well. All of which are primarily very healthy foods. I am also walking for 30 minutes uphill/downhill for 6 days a week. Based on this, how much weight will I lose per week?

It depends. You should lose AT LEAST 2 pounds a week, but maybe more- you never know, I’d say 3-4 pounds. But don’t get your hopes up and expect a certain ammount of pounds to drop in a snap- weight loss isn’t going to be a short thing. You will have to keep up with healthy eating, although it is suggested to get 20 minutes of aerobic activity in your schedule 3 times a week. Keep working out and eating well. The weight will come off in time. I suggest you don’t worry so much on how fast you lose the weight, but on how effectively you are working to get to your goal. Best of luck!
