How do I calculate how many calories I should be eating in one day?
I am trying to lose weight, not just for me but for my husband also. I am 5’7 and I am 219 lbs. I am considered obese. I would like to now how do I calculate what my calorie intake should be everyday along with excersise to lose whieght and keep it off
well to start, the term “obese” means you’re 100 lbs overweight, not above average, overweight.
