Burn the Fat Build the Muscle

Is it really impossible to burn fat and build muscle simultaneously?

I weight 170 lbs. I consume 1800 calories a day and roughly 170g’s of protein daily.

I lift big 4 days a week and do HIIT cardio for about 10 minutes after each weight lifting workout. On the fifth day, the rest day, I do about 20-30 minutes of HIIT.

At this rate, what kind of results will I be looking at in the long run? Will I burn fat or gain muscle or both?
