  1. You posted how many cals ur burning, but not how many your eating per day.

    Of course "eating a lot" and not running would cause you to gain fat but you have to know in terms of calories how much a lot is and weigh cals eaten vs cals burned.

    Going from 151 to 157 is a minor gain, and not all of that is fat.

    See what cals can be removed from ur diet. It seems your diet isnt optimized, ie, w/ minerals, vitamins, fiber, etc.

    And being big boned with the muscle type that goes w/ it, and exercising heavily will cause you to gain muscle faster than most ppL.

    Be sure to put enough rest in your exercise program, and dont exercise excessively. That does cause things like stress fractures, and worse.
