thanks for the feedback! I’m adding a couple videos today that will show my favorite hand-weight exercises and their proper form for maximum results. over time you should increase intensity by adding heavier weights… muscle burns up to 30x more calories than fat!

I lost 9 pounds just doing these exercises that u do. Im only 11 and I love doing these things. You should make a vid on kid exercises.
