Good job another great for of HIgh Intensity Cardio is jumping rope. Eg 200 skips and 30 sec rest then 200 skips repeat for 20-30 mins.

WARM-UPS! Dont forget your warm-ups with this one. You might just go in there and pull something real quick if you just jump into an intense workout. Light stretching probably wouldn’t hurt.
Aren’t there any treadmills where you can set them to have them increase and decrease every 2mins?

Interval training is the best, buring fat + helps to increase agility and off the mark acceleration, keeps you sharp it’d help prevent injury in sport imo, did alot of interval training like ladders and hurdles for soccer its the best cardio i’ve done!
