  3. @PickYourVenom WALK! best & simplest form of exercise. Your diet is the most important thing, learn to eat healthy. Dont buy any “quick fixes” or all this crap on the net – they just want your money. If you wana spend money – do it on a gym membership or learn how to cook! weight management is easy………..eat healthy & exercise. Its that simple.

  5. I don’t know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn’t customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the “Fat Loss Customized” program..

  6. Any exercise you do will be beneficial, but I find interval training to be superior than any other when it comes to shedding fat as fast as possible. Most people think that by doing endless sit-ups and crunches, this will flatten their abdominal muscles. It won't. It will strengthen the muscles underneath, but unless you get rid of the layer of fat on top, you won't see your hard abs.

    Interval training will melt the fat, make you healthier in the process and get you looking your best. The best part, it doesn't take hour long workouts to achieve. I do about 20 minutes a day. I also do some body weight exercise for muscle definition every other day.

    Be sure to check with your doctor first. Here is a great interval workout to start with and get results from:

    You will need to time yourself so a timer would be good. I just count in my head, but do what works for you. First warm up for a couple of minutes. If you are outside, then start walking, if inside, simply walk in place. After about 2 minutes you are ready to start the intervals.

    Now if outside, start sprinting for 30 seconds, if inside, run in place as fast as you can for 30 seconds. You want to go fast enough so that you start breathing harder and your heart rate gets moving.

    Then after the 30 seconds, rest for 60 seconds. You shouldn't rest by stopping completely. If outside, go back to a slow walk, if inside, walk slowly in place or do a slow side step. When the 60 second rest period is up, go back to sprinting or running in place for 30 seconds.

    Keep repeating this interval until you have done 20 minutes. Then do a 2 minute cool down and you are done.

    I do this every day, but try to do this at least 3 times a week. You will see results. Then your abs will look great, even if you don't have a six pack yet. Good luck!
