How do I lose the saggy belly fat after having kids? ?
Please no mean remarks…. I’m wondering if there is a certain diet I could use, I already know about cardio, but my belly sags and has stretch marks so yuk!! But is there some extream kind of diet I could do to help this problem? It has totally ruined my sex life because I’m so embarrassed!! Please tell me what can help me here!! Also please don’t hold back if you know of a diet that would work good and quick. My self-esteem has hit rock bottom!!!!! I have had 5 children and they are my true loves!! I only need to lose about 40 lbs but most of of is in my gross saggy belly!!!! PLEASE HELP MEEEEE!!!!!!
