  2. This video is awesome! I’ve been focusing more on core and rotational exercises since I’ll be competing in performance based activities, instead of endless, boring crunches for bodybuilding. I used to hate doing abs but after learning a lot of the core exercises like in your video, I freaking love it now.

  6. Hiyaaaa! Have you tried – fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my GF got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  8. @uglybugushan2364 hi ..for most of the exercises mentioned in the videos you do not really require a swiss ball,so exercises like plank,side plank,knee to elbow and pelvic lift can all be done without the swiss ball …regards…raghav
