I need to get in shape, I wouldn’t say i’m skinny skinny but i’m not chunky either. I’m average, I guess. However lately I’ve been noticing whenever I sit down I have a big tummy roll forming & I don’t like it. This will help that go down right? LOL Thank you

Sugar from fruit is safe cause its fast digesting and it doesn’t cause weight gain. Its the refined carbohydrates that are bad.

I am lucky to have a great upper body with almost no effort but, I had huge troubles with the below part (like imagine a difference of 2-3 sizes between the upper and the below part). Now I manage to diminish 2 sizes down but I still have some work . Do u have a special secret for the back of the thighs and butt ? Thank you!
