  3. I need to get in shape, I wouldn’t say i’m skinny skinny but i’m not chunky either. I’m average, I guess. However lately I’ve been noticing whenever I sit down I have a big tummy roll forming & I don’t like it. This will help that go down right? LOL Thank you :)

  6. Sugar from fruit is safe cause its fast digesting and it doesn’t cause weight gain. Its the refined carbohydrates that are bad.

  7. I am lucky to have a great upper body with almost no effort but, I had huge troubles with the below part (like imagine a difference of 2-3 sizes between the upper and the below part). Now I manage to diminish 2 sizes down but I still have some work . Do u have a special secret for the back of the thighs and butt ? Thank you!

  10. @deathboyz99 cardiovascular activity is anything that accelerates your heart rate :) eg. running, jumping, etc
