  5. I’m a guy with a “tiny” bit of belly fat (doesn’t show unless my shirt is off lol) but I gotta say I could actually feel it working for me. Especially the first ones, which I assume are supposed to target the love handles right? The swimmer kick was kind of awkward and didn’t really produce any effect for me, but the rest it was rather clear what/how they worked. Great video! Teach the coach potato men while you’re at it ;)
