    i have a question that i have asked to other yoga trainers but i didn’t get any answer :( i hope you answer me:)
    well, i’m working out with bodyrock tv daily and i learnt that working out at high intensity (combo of cardio & muscle training) is the key to lose fat and especially when it’s about specific areas.
    How can yoga help burn fat while it’s like stretching and not jumping around?

  3. thanks for uploads. I am curious if you have some for people with disabilities? i alter what i can, cobra standing, or flexing/stretching while being able to do what a can while sitting. hope you don’t mind me asking :)

Hi Esther,I've just started doing yoga with you and I feel more relaxed.When I go down with exhale,and put my hands on the floor,I can't keep my legs straight,need to bend them,otherwise can't reach the floor with my hands.How long do I have to train to reach floor with straight legs?Or is just matter of time or stretching?
