I am actually watching from my hotel room as I travel to Nashville and wondering what I’m going to do to work out tomorrow as this hotels “fitness” room is totally lame. I plan to rip this routine out tomorrow morning in my hotel room and so thanks for sharing and inspiring me to do so.
